Automatic Formsite Result Limit Alerts
Every Monday, WebRun opens Formsite, reads the result count and the result limit on every live form, works out how fast each one is filling from the last few weeks, posts the forms close to their limit in Slack, and emails you the export plan so no submission is silently refused mid-campaign.
How do I stop a Formsite form hitting its result limit?
WebRun watches your Formsite result limits every Monday. It reads the result count and limit on every live form, works out the weekly fill rate, and projects the date each form runs out. It posts the forms getting close to Slack and emails the owner the export plan.
- Forms near their limit surface weeks before submissions are refused
- Each warning carries the projected date the limit is reached
- The export plan arrives with the alert, not after the failure

What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens

1
Formsite - count results against each limit
WebRun opens Formsite to count results against each limit. - Open Formsite and list every live form
- Read the current result count and the result limit that applies to each one
- Compare with the counts from previous runs to work out the weekly fill rate
- Estimate the date each form will reach its limit at that rate
- Read only. WebRun never deletes results or changes a form's settings
Done when Every live form has a count, a limit and an estimated date it runs out.
-
2
Slack - post the forms getting close
WebRun opens Slack to post the forms getting close. - Post the forms closest to their limit first
- Give the count, the limit and the estimated date it will be reached
- Flag any form already at its limit as urgent, since submissions may already be refused
- Stay quiet about forms with plenty of headroom
Done when The team channel shows which forms are near their limit and when.
-
3
Gmail - email the export plan
WebRun opens Gmail to email the export plan. - Email the form owner the same list with the recommended action per form
- Say which forms need their results exported and archived first
- Send inside your team only. Any message to a client about a paused form is left as a draft to approve
Done when The form owner has the export plan in the inbox.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it delete results to free up room?
No. WebRun never deletes a result or changes a form setting. Deleting submissions is irreversible, so it reports which forms need clearing and a human decides what to export and remove.
Will it upgrade my Formsite plan?
No. WebRun never buys or changes a subscription. If the fill rate says a form will outgrow its limit, it tells you in time and the plan decision stays with you.
How does it estimate when a form runs out?
From your own history: it compares this week's result count with previous runs to get a weekly fill rate, then projects that forward to the limit and reports the date.
