Wherefour Automated Quote Follow-Up Drafts

Every Monday, WebRun opens Wherefour, finds all quotes sent more than five days ago that are still in open or pending status, logs them to a Google Sheet pipeline tracker, and drafts a personalized follow-up email in Gmail for each open quote so your sales reps can review, adjust the offer if needed, and send with one click.

In short

How do I automatically draft follow-up emails for open quotes in my food manufacturing business?

Every Monday, WebRun finds all Wherefour quotes sent more than five days ago that are still open, logs them to a Google Sheet pipeline tracker with days-open and validity flags, and drafts a personalized follow-up email in Gmail for each one. Sales reps review and send their own drafts, so no open quote goes cold for lack of timely outreach.

  • No open quote goes more than a week without a follow-up attempt
  • Every draft is personalized with the correct quote number and customer-specific context
  • Quote Pipeline sheet gives the sales manager a live view of all open deals

Built for food manufacturers · beverage producers · co-packers · sales reps · sales managers

Questions, answered

Will it send follow-up emails to prospects automatically?

No. Every follow-up email is drafted in Gmail and left for the assigned sales rep to review and send. WebRun never emails a customer or prospect without a human approving the message first.

What if the same quote has already been followed up this week?

WebRun checks the Quote Pipeline sheet for follow-up activity logged in the current week. Quotes that already have a follow-up marked are skipped so reps are not asked to send a second email to the same customer.

Can it handle quotes from multiple sales reps?

Yes. Each draft follow-up email is placed into the Gmail drafts of the rep assigned to that quote in Wherefour, so every rep only sees their own follow-ups.
