Every morning, WebRun opens the FileCloud admin console, checks storage quota usage per user, flags anyone at 90 percent or more, schedules an admin review in Google Calendar, and posts the quota alert list to Microsoft Teams.
How do I catch FileCloud users before they hit their storage quota?
WebRun checks the FileCloud admin console every morning for users at 90 percent or more of their storage quota, and schedules an admin review in Google Calendar with the list attached. Questions, answered
Will WebRun increase a user's quota automatically?
No. It only flags users near or over their quota and schedules a review. Changing quotas is left to an admin.
How close to the limit does a user have to be flagged?
90 percent or higher. Anyone already over quota is marked urgent in the Teams alert.
Does it check every user on the account?
Yes. It checks quota usage for every user each run, so nobody quietly runs out of room.
