Questions, answered

Will it assign jobs to technicians on its own?

No. WebRun only reports today's schedule and flags unassigned jobs. It never assigns a technician or changes a job on its own.

What if a job gets added after the digest goes out?

It only reflects the schedule at the time it runs each morning. A job added later shows up in the log the next time it runs.

How are unassigned jobs handled?

They're highlighted in the Google Sheet and listed first in the email digest, so the dispatcher can cover them before the day gets busy.

Put this on autopilot.
