Automated Farmers Insurance Policy Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens your Farmers Insurance account, checks the status of every policy, notes any renewal coming up in the next 30 days and any new activity on an open claim, logs it all to an Airtable tracker, and posts a short digest to Notion.

In short

How do I keep track of my Farmers Insurance policies and claims in one place?

WebRun checks every Farmers Insurance policy each morning for renewals coming up in the next 30 days and any new activity on an open claim, logging it all to an Airtable tracker. It posts a short Notion digest of what changed, so a renewal date or a claim update never sits buried in the portal.

  • Renewals get flagged 30 days out instead of the week they lapse
  • Claim activity is visible in a daily digest without logging in
  • Every policy lives in one running Airtable tracker

Questions, answered

Will it renew a policy or file a claim for us?

No. WebRun only reads policy and claim status. Renewing a policy or filing a claim stays your action on the Farmers account.

How far ahead does it flag a renewal?

30 days before the renewal date by default, so there is time to review the policy before it renews. You can adjust that window.

What counts as new claim activity?

Any status change or note added to an open claim since the last check, so you see movement without reading the claim file line by line.
