Will it submit payroll to a payroll provider automatically?
No. WebRun compiles the hours summary and posts it for review. Submitting payroll to your provider is a step your payroll processor takes after reviewing and approving the summary.
How does it calculate overtime?
It flags any worker whose total hours for the week exceed 40 as overtime for review. If your state or operation uses a different overtime threshold, update the rule in the Google Sheet configuration tab.
What if a worker's hours are missing or incomplete in Agrivi?
Workers with no hours logged for the week appear in the sheet with a zero total and are flagged in the Slack digest so the payroll processor can follow up before submitting.
