In short

How do I automatically track restricted-use pesticide recordkeeping compliance and get deadline reminders?

Every Monday, WebRun reviews restricted-use pesticide application records in Agrivi for missing required fields and approaching reporting deadlines, logs gaps in Google Sheets, and posts internal Slack reminders. For submissions due within 30 days, it drafts a compliance summary for your review. Nothing is filed automatically.

  • Missing record fields flagged before the regulatory deadline, not after an inspection
  • Upcoming state reporting deadlines surfaced 30 days in advance
  • Draft compliance summaries ready for review so filing takes minutes, not hours

Questions, answered

Will it file or submit compliance reports to regulators automatically?

No. WebRun drafts a compliance summary and flags the deadline in Slack, but all regulatory submissions are reviewed and filed by you. Nothing is sent to a state agency or regulator without your approval.

Which required fields does it check for restricted-use pesticide records?

It checks for applicator certification number, product EPA registration number, application date, field name, target pest, application rate, and total product used. These cover the core federal requirements under FIFRA. Your state may require additional fields you can add to the configuration.

What if our state has a different recordkeeping deadline than the federal 30-day rule?

Enter your state-specific deadline in the Google Sheet configuration tab and WebRun will use that as the trigger for escalated reminders and draft summaries.

Put this on autopilot.
