No. WebRun flags units that are due and posts the alert internally. Booking a service appointment with your dealer is a step you take after reviewing the alert.
How close to the service interval does it trigger an alert?
By default it flags units within 10 percent of their service interval. You can adjust that threshold in the Google Sheet configuration tab to suit your operation.
What if an equipment unit does not have hours logged in Agrivi?
Units without a current hour reading are flagged separately so you know they need a manual check, rather than being silently skipped.
