In short

How do I automatically track farm input inventory and generate reorder alerts?

WebRun opens Conservis every morning, compares seed, chemical, and fertilizer stock against your reorder thresholds, logs every shortfall to a Google Sheet, and drafts a purchase order in Gmail for you to approve and send. No order is placed automatically.

  • No planting delay from an unnoticed stock-out
  • Reorder drafts ready each morning before the work day starts
  • Full shortfall history logged in Google Sheets for budget review

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it send the purchase order without my approval?

No. WebRun drafts the PO email in Gmail and stops there. Nothing is sent until you open the draft, review it, and click Send yourself.

How does it know when to reorder?

It compares each item's current on-hand quantity in Conservis against a threshold you set. Only items at or below that threshold appear in the draft.

What if I use multiple suppliers for different inputs?

Tell WebRun which supplier to address for each input category and it will group items by supplier, creating a separate draft for each one.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
