Automated Harvest Yield Logging and Digest
Each evening during harvest, WebRun opens Conservis, reads the day's load tickets and yield data by field, appends the totals to a Google Sheet harvest log, and posts a nightly digest to Slack showing bushels harvested, field completion percentages, and running season totals.
How do I automatically log harvest yield data and post daily progress during harvest?
Each evening during harvest, WebRun opens Conservis, reads that day's load tickets by field, appends bushels, moisture, and test weight to a Google Sheet harvest log, and posts a nightly Slack digest with day totals, season totals, and fields tracking below yield goals.
- Season-to-date yield totals visible to the whole team each evening
- Fields tracking below yield goals flagged before harvest is complete
- Full load-level history in Google Sheets for settlement and agronomy review

Questions, answered
Does it only run during harvest season?
It runs on the schedule you set. Turn it on at the start of harvest and pause it when the season ends. If no loads are recorded in Conservis for that day, it posts a brief no-activity note to Slack.
Can it compare yields to a goal or prior year?
Yes. Enter your yield goal per field in the Google Sheet configuration tab and WebRun flags fields tracking below goal each night. You can also add a prior-year column for side-by-side comparison.
Will it post partial-day data if the run fires before harvest is done for the day?
Yes. It posts whatever is recorded in Conservis at run time. Run it again later in the evening or set the schedule later in the day to capture a more complete picture.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
