What happens if a customer pays this week?

It reads the live status in FacturaDirecta each Monday, so a paid invoice is skipped and will not get a reminder or follow up.

Why schedule a calendar follow up as well as a message?

The follow up makes sure the invoice gets a second look even if the first drafted reminder never gets sent.
