Automated Tock Daily Service Briefs

In short

How do I give my restaurant team a daily booking brief?

WebRun reads tonight's Tock reservations every afternoon, capturing party sizes, seating times, menus booked, and guest notes such as allergies and celebrations. It logs total covers into Airtable and posts a scannable service brief to your Microsoft Teams channel before doors open.

  • The team reads one brief instead of scrolling the booking list
  • Allergies and celebrations are flagged before service, not during it
  • Every night's covers are logged in Airtable for later comparison

Questions, answered

Does it change or cancel bookings in Tock?

No. WebRun only reads tonight's reservation list. Moving a table, cancelling a booking, or messaging a guest all stay with your team.

Does it contact guests?

No. The brief goes to your internal Microsoft Teams channel and the Airtable log only. No guest is emailed, texted, or messaged by WebRun.

What if bookings come in after the brief is posted?

Set a second run closer to service and WebRun reposts an updated brief with the new covers, so the team works from the latest list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
