Automatic Tock Availability Gap Reporting

Every Monday, WebRun opens Tock, looks a week ahead at every experience and seating, works out how much capacity is still unsold, writes the gaps into Google Sheets sorted by how empty they are, and puts a promotion task on your Google Calendar for the worst nights.

In short

How do I spot unsold reservation capacity before the week starts?

WebRun finds next week's empty seats in Tock every Monday. It reads every experience and seating a week ahead, works out unsold capacity and fill percentage, and flags booking schedules about to lapse. The gaps go into Google Sheets and promotion time is blocked on your calendar, so soft nights get filled while there is still time.

  • Empty nights are known a week ahead, not on the day
  • Lapsing booking schedules are flagged before they expire
  • Promotion time is already on the calendar for the softest nights

Questions, answered

Will it change my availability or release seats?

No. WebRun only reads the booking calendar. Adding seatings, extending a schedule, or releasing inventory stays a manual decision you make in Tock.

Does it contact guests to fill the gaps?

No. It never messages a guest or touches a reservation. It writes an internal gap list and blocks time on your calendar so you can promote the nights yourself.

How far ahead does it look?

A full week by default, which is far enough to promote a soft night while it can still be filled. Set a longer window if your bookings run further out.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
