Automated Evernote Action Item Roundup
Every morning, WebRun opens Evernote, reads every note created or edited yesterday, pulls out the unticked checkboxes and the lines that read like commitments, books a working block in Google Calendar for anything with a date attached, and posts the remaining actions to your Microsoft Teams channel so nothing stays buried in a note.
How do I get action items out of my Evernote notes and into my day?
WebRun reads every Evernote note you wrote or edited yesterday and pulls out the unticked checkboxes and commitments. It books Google Calendar time for anything with a deadline and posts the rest to Microsoft Teams with owners named, so actions captured in notes actually get done.
- Dated commitments get calendar time the morning after the meeting
- Undated actions surface publicly instead of dying in a note
- Notes are never edited, only read

Secure by default

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it change or delete my notes?
No. The Evernote step is read only. WebRun opens yesterday's notes, copies the open actions, and leaves every note exactly as you wrote it, including the checkboxes.
Will it double book my calendar?
No. It only places working blocks in free time and never edits, moves, or deletes an existing event. If there is no gap, the action goes to the Teams list instead of onto your calendar.
How does it know what counts as an action?
It takes unticked checkboxes first, then lines phrased as commitments such as follow up, send, or book. Anything ambiguous goes to the Teams list unassigned rather than silently onto your calendar.
