Questions, answered
Does it email employees about their expiring documents?
No. The renewal list is published internally in Notion and tracked in Airtable. Each manager decides how and when to speak to their person, so no employee gets an automated message about their paperwork.
Does it change anything in Employment Hero?
No. WebRun reads employee records and never edits a document, uploads a file, changes an expiry date or alters an employment record. The HR system stays the source of truth.
How much personal data ends up in Airtable and Notion?
Only what the register needs: the employee name, the document type, the expiry date and the manager. Document files, identity numbers and personal contact details are never copied out of Employment Hero.
