Every Monday, WebRun signs in to edX, opens each enrolled course, reads the upcoming graded assignment dates, the course end date, and how much of the course is complete, works out which deadlines fall inside the next 14 days and which are at risk given current progress, writes a week ahead page in Notion, and appends the progress snapshot to Airtable.
How do I keep track of upcoming deadlines across my online courses?
WebRun reads your edX dashboard every Monday, collecting upcoming graded assignment dates, course end dates, and how much of each course is complete. It writes a Notion page listing every deadline in the next 14 days, marks courses at risk given the content left, and logs the weekly snapshot to Airtable.
- Every deadline in the next 14 days is listed in date order

- Courses that have not moved in three weeks are named from the Airtable history

Questions, answered
Will it submit coursework or take quizzes?
No. WebRun reads the dashboard, deadline dates, and progress figures only. It never opens an assessment, never submits an answer, and never enrols you in or drops a course.
How does it decide a course is at risk?
It compares how much content is left with how many days remain before the deadline or course end date. Courses with a lot left and little time get their own block on the Notion page.
Can it cover more than one learner?
It runs on the account you connect. Teams typically run one copy per learner and point them all at the same Notion workspace and Airtable base for a shared view.
