Questions, answered
Does it email anyone automatically?
No. The completions record is left as a Gmail draft for you to check and send. Only the internal Slack post goes out on its own, and it names courses rather than performance.
Will it enroll people in courses?
No. WebRun reads enrollments, progress, and certificates. Enrolling, unenrolling, and paying for a verified track are always done by a person on the edX account.
What about a course finished with no certificate?
It is listed separately in both the record and the Slack post, so you can see the work is done and chase the certificate rather than assuming the course was never completed.
