Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it sign or send DocuSign envelopes automatically?
No. WebRun only reads the status of existing DocuSign envelopes and flags them in the reminder draft. All signatures and sends require a human action in DocuSign.
Will it send reminder emails to vendors without approval?
No. All renewal reminders are saved as Gmail drafts. The responsible attorney or manager must review each draft and send it manually.
How do I add new contracts to the tracker?
Add a row to the Google Sheets contract tracker with the vendor name, contract type, expiry date, and responsible person. It will appear in the next Monday run automatically.
