In short

How do I automatically chase custodians who have not submitted their data?

WebRun checks Relativity every morning for custodians with outstanding data submissions, drafts a polite follow-up email for each in Gmail for human review, and posts an overdue-intake list to Slack. The team sees who is late and how many days, while no email reaches a custodian without attorney approval.

  • No overdue custodian slips through without a drafted follow-up
  • Attorneys see the full intake status list each morning without logging into Relativity
  • Follow-up emails are consistent and professional every time

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it email custodians automatically?

No. WebRun saves every follow-up email as a Gmail draft. A human reviewer must open the draft, confirm the content, and send it manually. Nothing goes out without approval.

How does it know which custodians are overdue?

It reads the live collection status for each custodian in Relativity on every run, so anyone who has submitted data since the last check is automatically skipped.

Can it handle multiple active matters at once?

Yes. Configure it with the Relativity workspace IDs for each active matter and it will check all of them in a single run, grouping the Slack list by matter.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
