In short

How do I get automatic alerts when my containers become available at the terminal?

WebRun opens PortPro every morning, identifies every import container that has gone available at the terminal since the previous run, and posts a ranked Slack alert to your dispatch team sorted by last free day, so your team books drayage moves before free time expires.

  • Dispatchers see available containers before free time starts ticking
  • No available container sits unnoticed overnight
  • Containers sorted by urgency so the most time-sensitive moves go first

Built for drayage carriers · port trucking companies · container trucking dispatchers · intermodal operators

Questions, answered

How does it know which containers just became available?

It reads the live container status in PortPro each morning and compares it to the previous run, so only containers that changed to Available since the last check appear in the alert.

What if a container is already assigned to a driver?

It only surfaces containers that are available and not yet dispatched, filtering out anything already assigned in PortPro so your team focuses on what still needs action.

Will it notify customers about availability?

No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack alert to your dispatch team. Any customer-facing status update is drafted for your review before it goes out.
