In short

How do I automatically report chassis usage and cost from PortPro?

Every Monday, WebRun opens PortPro, reads chassis assignments across all active and recently closed loads, calculates days on hire and estimated cost per unit, and writes a Google Sheets report grouped by chassis provider so your team spots idle chassis and controls rental spend week by week.

  • Chassis on hire over 7 days flagged every Monday before costs compound
  • Spend visible by provider so the most expensive pool is tackled first
  • One sheet replaces manual chassis tracking across multiple loads

Built for drayage carriers · port trucking operators · intermodal chassis managers · container logistics cost controllers

Good to know

Questions, answered

How does it know the chassis rental rate?

It uses the chassis rental rate recorded against each provider in PortPro. If no rate is on file, the cost column is left blank and flagged so your team can add the rate for future runs.

Can it track chassis from multiple pool providers?

Yes. The report groups usage by chassis provider so you can compare spend across DCLI, TRAC, Flexi-Van, or any other pool provider recorded in PortPro.

Will it return or release chassis on its own?

No. WebRun only produces the usage report. All chassis return decisions and communications are made by your operations team.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
