In short

How do I keep a filed record of my completed DocVerify documents?

Every morning, WebRun checks DocVerify for documents that finished signing or verification, logs each one to Airtable with its verification ID and completion date, and mirrors a searchable index in Notion. Completed documents get filed with a real audit trail instead of sitting scattered across DocVerify alone.

  • Every completed document is filed with its verification ID the same morning
  • A searchable Notion index replaces digging through DocVerify manually
  • No completed document gets logged twice

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens docverify.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Docverify - find newly completed documents
    • Open DocVerify and list documents completed since the last check
    • Capture the document name, signer, completion date, and verification ID
    • Note whether each was signed, notarized, or both

Done when Every newly completed document is captured with its verification details.

  3. 2
Airtable - log the verification record
    airtable.com
WebRun in Airtable: log the verification record
WebRun opens Airtable to log the verification record.
    • Open the document register base
    • Add a row for each completed document with its verification ID and date
    • Skip any document already logged from a prior run

Done when Every newly completed document is logged with its verification ID.

  4. 3
Notion - mirror the searchable index
    notion.so
WebRun in Notion: mirror the searchable index
WebRun opens Notion to mirror the searchable index.
    • Update the document index page with today's newly filed records
    • Group them by document type so the index stays easy to browse
    • Link each entry back to its Airtable row

Done when The Notion index reflects every document filed today.

Questions, answered

Does it send the completed document to anyone?

No. WebRun only files a record of the completed document in Airtable and Notion. Sharing or emailing the document itself stays a step you take.

Where does the verification ID come from?

It reads the verification ID DocVerify assigns to the completed document, so the Airtable record ties back to the original exactly.

What if a document is only partially completed?

It only files documents that show as fully completed in DocVerify. A document still awaiting a signature or notarization is left for the next run to catch once it finishes.
