Automated Opendock Supplier Compliance Scorecard

Every Monday, WebRun opens Opendock, reviews the prior week's appointments across all suppliers, calculates each supplier's on-time arrival rate, no-show rate, and cancellation rate, and posts a ranked compliance scorecard to your Slack procurement channel so leadership can see who is causing the most dock disruption.

In short

How do I automatically score supplier dock compliance each week?

WebRun opens Opendock every Monday and calculates on-time arrival, no-show, and cancellation rates for every supplier that had a dock appointment in the prior week. It posts a ranked compliance scorecard to your Slack procurement channel, flagging suppliers below your threshold, so your team can address chronic offenders before they disrupt operations.

  • Worst-performing suppliers are ranked and visible to procurement every Monday
  • Compliance thresholds are enforced consistently without manual tracking
  • Supplier-facing communications are always drafted for human review before sending

Built for procurement managers · warehouse operations teams · logistics directors · supplier relationship managers

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it automatically notify suppliers about their compliance score?

No. The scorecard is posted internally to your Slack procurement channel. Any supplier-facing compliance communication is drafted for a human to review and approve before sending.

What compliance threshold triggers a flag on the scorecard?

You configure the minimum on-time rate when you set up the workflow. The default flags any supplier below 80% on-time arrivals for the week.

How many weeks of data does it compare against?

Each Monday run covers the prior week. If you want a rolling 4-week view, you can pair this with the dwell time report in Google Sheets to build a historical trend.

Put this on autopilot.
