Automated Opendock Appointment No-Show Report

Every morning, WebRun opens Opendock, identifies every appointment that was booked but not fulfilled in the prior shift, captures the carrier, time slot, and door, and posts a structured no-show report to your Slack ops channel so your team can reallocate capacity and follow up.

In short

How do I get a daily report of dock appointment no-shows?

WebRun opens Opendock every morning and finds every dock appointment that was missed in the prior shift. It captures the carrier, door, time slot, and reference number for each, flags carriers with repeat no-shows, and posts a structured report to Slack so your ops team can reallocate capacity immediately.

  • No-show slots are visible to the team within minutes of shift start
  • Repeat no-show carriers are flagged automatically before they become a pattern
  • Recovered capacity can be reallocated the same morning

Questions, answered

Will it notify the carrier about the no-show automatically?

No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack report for your ops team. Any carrier-facing communication is drafted for human review before sending, so nothing goes out to a carrier without your approval.

How far back does it look for missed appointments?

It reviews the prior shift window by default. You can adjust the lookback period when you set up the workflow to cover overnight or weekend gaps.

Can it flag repeat no-show carriers automatically?

Yes. WebRun checks the recent appointment history in Opendock and highlights any carrier that has missed two or more appointments within the past seven days.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
