Automated Opendock Receiving Backlog Report

Every morning, WebRun opens Opendock, identifies appointments from the prior shift that completed check-out but have no confirmed receiving status logged, captures the carrier, PO, door, and elapsed time, and writes the backlog to Airtable so your receiving team has a clear pending list before the next shift starts.

In short

How do I automatically track dock appointments that closed without a confirmed receiving status?

WebRun opens Opendock every morning and finds every appointment from the prior shift that completed without a confirmed receiving status. It logs each one to Airtable with the carrier name, PO reference, door number, and elapsed time, flagging items older than 24 hours as high priority so your receiving team can clear the backlog before the new shift adds more.

  • Receiving team starts every shift with a clear pending backlog, not a manual search
  • Items older than 24 hours are automatically flagged as high priority
  • Backlog accumulates in Airtable for trend analysis over time

Built for warehouse managers · receiving supervisors · dock coordinators · inventory managers

Questions, answered

How does it know which appointments have not been fully received?

WebRun looks for Opendock appointments that are marked as checked-out or completed but have no receiving confirmation logged against them in the appointment record.

Will it update the Airtable records when receiving is finally completed?

The backlog captures the state at run time. Your receiving team should mark records as resolved in Airtable when they finish processing each appointment.

Can it send the backlog to our receiving team via email?

WebRun posts to Airtable for internal tracking. If you want to notify the receiving team by email, that message is drafted for a human to review before sending.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
