No. WebRun drafts every SMS in Twilio and leaves them for a human to review and approve. No confirmation is sent to a customer until someone on your team explicitly sends it.
What if a delivery is rescheduled after the morning run?
Re-run WebRun after making the change in Whiskey Systems. It will draft an updated confirmation for the affected account and update the Slack route summary with the new schedule.
Can it handle multi-stop routes for multiple drivers?
Yes. Provide WebRun with your driver assignments and it will split the route summary by driver in the Slack post and draft each account's SMS from the correct Twilio number.
