In short

How do I automatically remind wholesale accounts to reorder from my distillery?

Every Monday, WebRun finds Whiskey Systems wholesale accounts whose last order is 45 or more days old, logs each at-risk account to a Google Sheet with their last-order context, and queues a personalized reorder reminder in Mailchimp for a human to review and approve before any email reaches a customer.

  • At-risk accounts identified every Monday before they lapse entirely from the customer list
  • Personalized reorder emails queued in Mailchimp reference the account's actual order history
  • No email sent to a customer without a human reviewing and approving the campaign list

Questions, answered

Will it send the reorder emails automatically?

No. WebRun queues the Mailchimp campaign as a draft for your review. A human approves the list and triggers the send so no customer receives a reorder email without a deliberate decision.

How does it know the right SKUs to mention in each email?

It pulls each account's most recent order from Whiskey Systems and references those SKUs in the Mailchimp template. You can provide a personalization template and WebRun will fill in the product details per account.

What if an account is seasonal and only orders at certain times of year?

Mark seasonal accounts with a tag in Whiskey Systems and provide WebRun with the tag name to exclude. Those accounts will be skipped during their off-season and included when they are in their active ordering window.

Put this on autopilot.
