Whiskey Systems Automated Barrel Aging Inventory Report
Every Monday, WebRun opens Whiskey Systems and reviews the full barrel inventory across all rackhouse locations, calculates the current age and days to target maturity for each barrel or lot, logs the full aging report to a Google Sheet, and posts a Slack digest highlighting barrels entering their target age window so your production team can plan blending and bottling.
How do I automatically get a weekly barrel aging inventory report from my rackhouse?
Every Monday, WebRun pulls the complete barrel inventory from Whiskey Systems across all rackhouse locations, calculates current age and days to target maturity for each barrel, logs the full snapshot to a Google Sheet, and posts a Slack digest to the production team highlighting barrels entering their target age window so blending and bottling can be planned ahead.
- Production team sees every barrel approaching target age each Monday before planning the week
- Full rackhouse inventory snapshot logged to Google Sheets for trending and compliance reference
- Barrels without target ages flagged so none are forgotten in the aging inventory

Questions, answered
Will it schedule barrel pulls or blending sessions automatically?
No. WebRun reports which barrels are approaching target age but does not schedule any production activity automatically. All blending, gauging, and bottling decisions remain with your production team.
Can it track barrels across multiple offsite rackhouses?
Yes. Whiskey Systems supports both onsite and offsite rackhouse locations, and WebRun pulls from all locations in the system. Make sure offsite barrels are recorded with their warehouse in Whiskey Systems and they will appear in the report.
What if I do not set a target age for every barrel?
WebRun still includes all barrels in the Google Sheet report. Barrels without a target age are listed with their current age and flagged as no target set, so nothing is accidentally excluded from the inventory view.
