Does it automatically bill the broker or shipper for detention?
No. WebRun logs the charge and posts the summary, but does not send any invoice or email without your approval. You review the sheet and decide which charges to pursue.
How is the free-time window set?
You configure your standard free-time allowance once during setup. WebRun applies that value to every load calculation, and you can update it at any time.
What if arrival or departure times are missing from a load?
Loads with incomplete timestamps are flagged separately in the sheet so you can fill them in manually. They are not included in billable totals until both times are recorded.
