Automated Discord Event Calendar Sync
Every Monday, WebRun opens your Discord server, reads the scheduled events for the coming week with their times, channels, and interest counts, mirrors each one into a shared Google Calendar, and sends the moderator group a WhatsApp run sheet showing who is hosting what and where the gaps are.
How do I get Discord scheduled events onto a shared team calendar?
WebRun opens your Discord server every Monday and reads the scheduled events for the coming week with their times, hosts, and interest counts. It mirrors each event into a shared Google Calendar and sends the moderator team a WhatsApp run sheet, naming any event without a host and any empty day.
- Every event sits on a calendar the whole team can see
- Events without a host get flagged on Monday, not on the day
- Empty days in the schedule are named while there is still time to fill them

Questions, answered
Will it post in my Discord server?
No. WebRun reads the events list only. It never posts a message, creates or cancels an event, pings a role, or moderates anyone. The only writes go to your calendar and the mod chat.
What happens when an event time changes?
It updates the existing Google Calendar entry rather than adding a second one, and it removes entries for events cancelled in Discord, so the calendar always matches the server.
Can it cover more than one server?
Yes. List the servers you moderate and WebRun walks each one, then merges everything into a single calendar and one run sheet in time order.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
