Why does it flag older posts?
Because an article from months ago climbing again usually means it started ranking or got shared somewhere. WebRun compares each older post's reads against its own recent baseline and tells you which one is moving.
Where do the digests go?
To your private Telegram chat and your own WhatsApp. Nothing is posted to DEV Community, nothing is shared with a channel, and no stats about your account are made public.
