Automated CI Outcome Reports
Every Monday, WebRun opens Sanet Vision Integrator, finds convergence insufficiency patients who finished their therapy program in the past week, reads their baseline and final measures, builds a clear before and after outcome comparison in a Google Sheet, and drafts a discharge outcome report in Gmail for your doctor to review before it is shared.
How do I automatically document convergence insufficiency outcomes?
Every Monday WebRun finds convergence insufficiency patients who finished therapy that week in Sanet Vision Integrator, reads their baseline and final vergence and symptom measures, and builds a before and after comparison in a Google Sheet. It then drafts a discharge outcome report in Gmail for your doctor to review before sharing, so every outcome is documented at discharge.
- Every finished case gets a documented outcome report
- Improvement is quantified against clinical thresholds
- No report is shared without doctor review
Built for developmental optometrists · vision therapy clinics · vision therapists · practice managers

1
Sanet Vision Integrator - read baseline and final measures
WebRun opens Sanet Vision Integrator to read baseline and final measures. - Open Sanet Vision Integrator and find convergence insufficiency patients who completed their program in the past week
- Read the baseline and final measures such as near point of convergence, positive fusional vergence, and symptom survey scores
- Capture the number of sessions delivered and the recorded home practice adherence
Done when Baseline and final measures are captured for every convergence insufficiency patient discharged this week.
-
2
Google Sheets - build the outcome comparison
WebRun opens Google Sheets to build the outcome comparison. - Open the outcomes workbook in Google Sheets
- For each patient, lay out the baseline and final near point of convergence, fusional vergence, and symptom score side by side
- Calculate the change and mark whether the case met the normal clinical thresholds at discharge
Done when A before and after outcome comparison exists in the sheet for each discharged patient.
-
3
Gmail - draft the discharge outcome report
WebRun opens Gmail to draft the discharge outcome report. - Draft a discharge outcome report for each patient summarizing the measured improvement and program length
- Write it so the doctor can share it with the family or the referring provider after review
- Save each report as a Gmail draft, unsent, for your doctor to review and approve before it is shared
Done when A discharge outcome report is drafted for each patient, all left unsent.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it share the outcome report without my review?
No. Each discharge report is drafted and left unsent in Gmail. Your doctor reviews the measures and the wording, then decides whether to share it with the family or referring provider, so no report leaves without approval.
Which measures does it compare?
It compares the baseline and final near point of convergence, positive fusional vergence, and symptom survey scores recorded in Sanet Vision Integrator, then shows the change and whether the case reached normal clinical thresholds.
What if a patient stopped early without finishing?
Only patients marked as completing their program are included. Cases that stopped early are left out of the discharge report run, so the outcomes reflect finished courses of therapy.
