Automated Delighted Detractor Alerts and Follow-Up

Every hour, WebRun opens Delighted, checks new NPS and CSAT responses for detractor scores, alerts the account owner in Microsoft Teams with the score and comment, and blocks a same-day follow-up slot on that owner's Google Calendar so the response actually gets a call, not just a glance.

In short

How do I respond quickly to Delighted detractor scores?

WebRun checks Delighted every hour for new detractor scores, alerts the account owner in Microsoft Teams with the score and comment, and blocks same-day time on that owner's Google Calendar to plan a response. Detractors get noticed and scheduled for follow-up within the hour, instead of surfacing weeks later in a quarterly NPS report.

  • Detractors get a Teams alert within the hour, not at month end
  • Follow-up time is already on the calendar before the owner even opens Delighted
  • Low scores with comments are flagged as the top priority

Questions, answered

Does WebRun reply to the detractor directly?

No. It only alerts the internal account owner and holds their calendar time. Any outreach to the customer is written and sent by the owner.

How is a detractor defined?

It reads the score against the threshold set in your Delighted account, the standard NPS cutoff unless you've configured it differently.

Does the calendar hold invite the customer?

No. It's a private block on the account owner's own calendar to make time to plan the follow-up, not a meeting invite sent to anyone else.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
