Automated Dacast Stream Reconciliation
Every night, WebRun opens Dacast, pulls the list of streams and VOD that ran that day, checks each one against the planned schedule in Airtable, flags any event that didn't go live or wasn't on the calendar, and logs viewer and revenue totals to Notion.
How do I reconcile Dacast streaming activity against my event schedule?
WebRun reconciles your Dacast activity every night. It lists every stream and VOD view that ran that day, checks each against the planned schedule in Airtable, flags events that never went live or weren't planned, and logs viewer and revenue totals to Notion, so broadcasters get an accurate record without checking three tools by hand.
- Every planned event is checked against what actually streamed
- Revenue and viewer totals are logged automatically each night
- Missed or unplanned streams get flagged the same day

Questions, answered
Does it cancel or reschedule events?
No. WebRun only compares what happened against what was planned and flags the difference. Any schedule change is still made by your team in Airtable.
What counts as a mismatch?
A planned event with no matching Dacast stream, or a Dacast stream with no matching planned record in Airtable, either way it gets flagged for review.
Where do the revenue numbers come from?
They're read directly from Dacast's own totals for that day, so the Notion log always matches what Dacast reports.
