Questions, answered
Will it text or email attendees?
No. Twilio texts go to your own event lead only. Any message aimed at an attendee is queued for a human to approve, and WebRun never sends registration mail from Cvent on its own.
Can it change session capacity in Cvent?
No. WebRun reads registration and capacity figures and reports them. Raising a cap, opening a second run, or closing a session stays a human decision made in Cvent by your team.
What counts as under-booked?
Whatever minimum you set per session or per event. WebRun flags anything below that number, shows the daily pace, and cards it in Trello so you can promote or merge it while there is still time.
