No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own. It only reads bill due dates and reminds you, leaving the actual payment to you in CRED.
Does it cover all my linked cards or just one?
It checks every card linked to your CRED account, so a bill on any card gets flagged, not just your primary one.
Will I get reminded about the same bill twice?
No. Once a bill has a reminder, it isn't recreated in a later run even if the due date is still coming up.
