Will it restore or delete an archive itself?
No. WebRun reads device and archive status and reports the countdown. Restoring data, extending retention, and deleting an archive all stay with your admin.
How does it know when an archive expires?
It reads the deactivation date on each device and applies the retention period your plan holds deactivated archives for, so every entry carries an actual number of days remaining.
Does anyone outside IT see the list?
No. The countdown goes to your internal Microsoft Teams channel and a Telegram ping to the admin. Former employees are not contacted and no file content is read.
