Automated Corpay Fuel Card Policy Alerts
Every morning, WebRun opens Corpay, checks yesterday's fuel card transactions against the per-transaction limit and hours you set, creates a Trello card for anything out of policy, and posts an alert to Microsoft Teams so an unusual charge gets reviewed the same day it happens.
How do I catch out of policy Corpay fuel card spend?
WebRun checks yesterday's Corpay fuel card transactions every morning against the spend limit and hours you set, creates a Trello card for anything out of policy, and posts an alert to Microsoft Teams. It never freezes a card or moves money itself, so an unusual charge gets reviewed the same day instead of surfacing at month end.
- Out of policy charges get reviewed the same day, not at month end
- A tracked Trello card replaces a manual statement review
- Compliant spend never generates a false flag
Built for fleet managers · finance teams · operations managers · trucking and logistics companies

Questions, answered
Will it freeze or block a fuel card once it flags a transaction?
No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own, and it does not freeze cards either. It only reads transactions and reports what's out of policy, leaving any card action to your team.
How is the spend policy set?
You set the per-transaction limit and allowed hours when you turn the workflow on, and WebRun only flags a transaction when it falls outside what you set.
Will every transaction get a Trello card?
No. Only transactions that fall outside your policy get a card. Transactions within your limit and hours are checked but not flagged.
