No. WebRun reads the cycle and never submits a review, edits a rating, or signs anything off. A performance review is a person's record, so every entry stays in human hands.
Does it text managers automatically?
No. Each nudge is queued in Twilio unsent for the HR business partner to release. Only the internal Notion page is written on its own.
Does it read the content of the reviews?
No. It reads task status only: which step is open, whose it is, and when it is due. Ratings and written feedback are never opened, copied, or posted anywhere.
