No. WebRun posts to your own Teams channel and messages the HR lead on Telegram. It never emails or messages an employee, and it never assigns, reassigns, or marks a course complete.
Does it name individuals who are behind?
No. The scorecard reports at department level with the manager named, not the employee. Individual records stay inside Cornerstone OnDemand where the right people can see them.
Where do the completion figures come from?
Straight from the training reports in your own Cornerstone OnDemand instance. WebRun copies the assignment, completion, and overdue counts as reported and never estimates a rate.
