In short

How do I remind customers about an upcoming cooking class automatically?

WebRun checks Google Calendar every morning for cooking classes happening in the next three days, pulls each class's registrant list and contact details from RetailEdge, and drafts a friendly reminder email in Gmail with the date, time, and what to bring. Staff review and send each draft themselves, so no registrant is ever emailed without a human check first.

  • Every registrant gets a reminder drafted before class day
  • Staff review and send instead of registrants being emailed automatically
  • Full or cancelled classes get flagged instead of a reminder going out blind

Questions, answered

Will registrants get an email without my staff reviewing it?

No. Every reminder is left as a draft in Gmail. A staff member reviews and sends it, WebRun never emails a registrant on its own.

What if a class is already full or cancelled?

It reads the live seat count and status from Google Calendar and RetailEdge each morning, so a cancelled or full class is noted rather than skipped silently.

Does it work for multiple classes on the same day?

Yes. It drafts a separate reminder for every registrant of every class it finds in the next three days, no matter how many run that day.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
