No. It only tracks the renewal internally with a Teams alert and a Trello card. Reaching out to the other party is a step the contract owner takes.
How far ahead does it flag a renewal?
It flags any contract expiring within 60 days, so the owner has time to negotiate before the deadline forces a decision.
Will the same contract get a duplicate Trello card?
No. It checks for an existing open renewal card first and only creates a new one if that contract isn't already being tracked.
