Automated CommBank Low Balance Alerts

Every morning, WebRun signs in to Commonwealth Bank, reads the available balance on each account, compares it against the direct debits and scheduled payments due in the next seven days, posts a Telegram alert when an account looks short, and queues a text in Twilio for your bookkeeper to approve.

In short

How do I get warned before a business account runs short?

WebRun reads your Commonwealth Bank balances every morning and compares them against the direct debits and scheduled payments due in the next seven days. It posts a Telegram alert naming the day and the payment that would push an account below your buffer, and queues a bookkeeper text in Twilio for approval.

  • A shortfall is visible seven days out instead of on the dishonour notice
  • The exact payment that tips the account over is named
  • Read-only by design: no transfer, payment, or cancellation is ever made

Built for small business owners · bookkeepers · office managers · finance teams in Australia

Good to know

Questions, answered

Can it move money between my accounts?

No. This workflow is strictly read-only. WebRun views balances and scheduled payments in Commonwealth Bank and never transfers funds, pays a bill, cancels a direct debit, or opens an account. Every money movement stays a decision you make yourself.

Does it give financial advice?

No. It reports facts: the balance today, the payments due, and the day a balance would fall below the buffer you set. It never recommends a product, an investment, or a course of action.

Will the bookkeeper get a text automatically?

No. The Twilio message is queued and left unsent until you release it, and nothing is queued at all on weeks where every account clears comfortably.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
