Questions, answered
Will it register a student for a test?
No. WebRun reads the published dates and builds the countdown. It never registers a student, pays a fee, changes a booking, or submits a form. Registration stays with the student or the counselor.
Where do the dates come from?
Straight from the College Board pages for the exams you follow, read fresh every Monday and quoted as published. Nothing is estimated or carried over from memory.
What happens if a published date changes?
The Airtable row is updated and marked as changed, and the Notion countdown highlights it that week, so a moved deadline is visible rather than silently replaced.
