Automated Codility Result Handoffs
Every morning, WebRun opens Codility, collects the assessments scored since yesterday, records each candidate's score, task breakdown, and time taken on your Notion hiring board, and queues a short scheduling text in Twilio for candidates above your pass mark, leaving every message for the recruiter to approve before it goes out.
How do I move candidates forward as soon as their test is scored?
WebRun collects newly scored Codility assessments every morning, capturing each candidate's overall score, task breakdown, and time taken. It updates your Notion hiring board and queues a scheduling text in Twilio for candidates above your pass mark, with every message waiting on recruiter approval before it sends.
- Strong candidates get a next step the same day their test is scored
- The hiring board reflects live results without manual copying
- Rejections stay human, since WebRun never drafts one

Questions, answered
Will it reject candidates automatically?
No. Candidates below the pass mark are left in place for a human to review, and WebRun never drafts or sends a rejection. Declining someone is always a decision a recruiter makes and communicates.
Does it text candidates without approval?
No. Every scheduling text is queued in Twilio and waits for the recruiter to release it, so no candidate hears anything until a person has read the message.
Can it change a score or re-grade a test?
No. It reads results in Codility only. Scores, task settings, campaign configuration, and candidate submissions are never edited.
