Automated CloudTalk Missed Call Queue Alerts
Every 15 minutes, WebRun checks CloudTalk for calls that were missed after waiting longer than your queue threshold, drafts a short callback text through Twilio for a human to approve, and alerts the supervisor on Telegram so nothing sits unanswered.
How do I follow up on CloudTalk calls missed in the queue?
WebRun checks CloudTalk every 15 minutes for calls missed after a long queue wait, drafts a callback text through Twilio for a human to approve, and alerts the supervisor on Telegram with the caller and wait time, so queue misses get a fast, reviewed response instead of going unnoticed.
- Long queue waits are flagged within 15 minutes
- Every callback text is reviewed before it sends
- Supervisors see queue misses without watching a live dashboard

Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will the callback text send on its own?
No. WebRun only drafts the text through Twilio. A supervisor has to review and approve it before anything goes to the caller.
What counts as the wait threshold?
Whatever queue wait time you set as too long, for example two minutes. Only calls missed after crossing that threshold are flagged.
How quickly is a missed call flagged?
WebRun checks the CloudTalk queue every 15 minutes, so a missed call gets a draft and a supervisor alert within that window.
