In short

How do I get my call history into a searchable database every day?

WebRun exports your CloudTalk calls every morning. It reads yesterday's inbound, outbound, and missed calls, writes one Airtable row per call with agent, duration, wait time, and tags, then posts Microsoft Teams a summary of volume, missed calls, and the busiest hour of the day.

  • Every call is searchable in Airtable the next morning
  • Missed call volume is visible daily, not monthly
  • The log never duplicates a call across runs

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens my.cloudtalk.io in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
CloudTalk - read yesterday's call history

    • Capture every inbound, outbound, and missed call with the number, agent, direction, and start time
    • Record the talk duration, the wait time before answer, and any tags or notes on the call
    • Skip calls already exported in an earlier run

Done when Every call from yesterday has been captured with its agent and duration.

  3. 2

    • Add one row per call with date, number, agent, direction, duration, wait time, outcome, and tags
    • Match the call to an existing contact record where the number is already known
    • Leave rows already present untouched so the log never doubles up

Done when Yesterday's calls are all present in the Airtable log exactly once.

  4. 3
Microsoft Teams - post the day's totals
    microsoft.com

    • Name the busiest hour and the agent who took the most calls
    • Keep the post internal. WebRun never calls or messages a customer

Done when The channel has yesterday's call summary.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it call or message anyone?

No. WebRun only reads your CloudTalk call history and writes it into Airtable. It never dials a number, returns a call, or sends a message to a customer.

Does it copy call recordings?

No. It records the metadata about each call, meaning number, agent, direction, duration, wait time, and tags. Recordings stay in CloudTalk.

What happens if a run is missed?

The next run reads the days it has not exported yet and fills the gap, and it checks the Airtable log first so nothing is written twice.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
