Automated Clip Daily Sales Digest
Every morning, WebRun opens Clip, checks yesterday's card sales total and settlement status, logs the daily total as a row in Airtable, and emails you a short digest so you know exactly what came in and when it settles without checking the terminal or app yourself.
How do I get a daily summary of my Clip card sales?
WebRun checks Clip every morning for yesterday's card sales total and settlement status, logs the daily total to Airtable, and emails you a digest. - Yesterday's sales total lands in your inbox before the day starts
- Declined or refunded transactions get flagged automatically
- A full sales history builds up in Airtable without manual entry

Questions, answered
Will it issue a refund on a declined sale?
No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own. It only reads sales and settlement status and reports on them, leaving any refund to you in Clip.
Does it tell me when the money actually lands in my bank?
It reports the settlement status and expected deposit date shown in Clip, which is the same timing information Clip gives you directly.
Can I see sales trends over time?
Yes. Every day's total is logged as a row in Airtable, so the full history builds into a searchable sales record.
