Automated ClickUp Time Reconciliation

Every Monday, WebRun opens ClickUp, pulls last week's time entries, matches each one to its task, list, and assignee, checks the entries against your Google Calendar for meetings nobody logged, and drafts you a Gmail summary of billable, non-billable, and unmatched hours.

In short

How do I reconcile tracked time against tasks before invoicing?

Every Monday, WebRun opens ClickUp, pulls last week's time entries, and matches each to its task, list, and assignee. It checks your Google Calendar for client meetings nobody logged, then drafts a Gmail summary of billable, non-billable, and unmatched hours, so the week is invoice-ready before anyone bills.

  • Untagged and unmatched hours are caught before the invoice goes out
  • Client meetings nobody logged are listed by person and day
  • Billable totals per client are ready every Monday morning

Built for agencies · consultancies · practice managers · freelancers who bill hourly

Questions, answered

Will it invoice the client?

No. WebRun drafts an internal summary in Gmail and leaves it unsent. It never raises, sends, or edits an invoice, and it never writes to a client. You bill from the reviewed numbers.

Does it change anyone's tracked time?

No. WebRun reads ClickUp time entries and reports on them. Correcting an entry, adding a missing one, or retagging billable time stays with the person who logged it.

What counts as an unmatched entry?

Any time entry with no task attached, no billable or non-billable tag, or a client meeting on your Google Calendar with no matching entry that day. Each one is listed with the person's name.

Put this on autopilot.
