Automated ClearCompany Interview Feedback Chase
Every morning, WebRun opens ClearCompany, finds the interviews that already happened but have no scorecard filed, groups them by interviewer, drafts one Gmail nudge per person listing their outstanding feedback, and adds a short calendar hold for anyone with feedback owed on several candidates.
How do I chase interviewers for the feedback they never filed?
WebRun opens ClearCompany every morning and finds the interviews that happened with no scorecard filed, grouping them by the interviewer who owes them. It drafts one Gmail nudge per person for the recruiter to approve and holds calendar time for anyone with a backlog, so a hiring decision is not stuck waiting on feedback.
- Missing scorecards are named the morning after the interview
- Each interviewer gets one nudge covering all their candidates
- Hiring decisions stop waiting on feedback nobody wrote down

Questions, answered
Will it email interviewers without me?
No. Every nudge is left unsent in Gmail Drafts. The recruiter reads them and decides who gets chased, which matters when the person owing feedback is a senior hiring manager.
Does it contact candidates?
No. Candidates are never messaged by this workflow. WebRun only reads their interview record to work out whose feedback is missing, and every message it drafts goes to an internal interviewer.
Can it write the feedback itself?
No, and it should not. A scorecard is the interviewer's own judgement of a candidate. WebRun finds the gap and makes filing it easy, and the words stay the interviewer's.
