No. Every nudge is left unsent in Gmail Drafts. The recruiter reads them and decides who gets chased, which matters when the person owing feedback is a senior hiring manager.
Does it contact candidates?
No. Candidates are never messaged by this workflow. WebRun only reads their interview record to work out whose feedback is missing, and every message it drafts goes to an internal interviewer.
Can it write the feedback itself?
No, and it should not. A scorecard is the interviewer's own judgement of a candidate. WebRun finds the gap and makes filing it easy, and the words stay the interviewer's.
